Bunnahabhain takes the plunge of non-cold filtration and high degree! This version, still 12 years old, reveals a very “ileach” character of this malt once known for its absence of peat. Iodine, a hint of smoke, the presence of sherry with notes of dried fruits and fresh fruits, suspended malted barley, and a long finish.
