Pale gold in color, the very “Springbank” nose is charming (notes of strawberry, citrus, apple and vanilla). The fairly lively and spicy attack on the palate confirms the notes of the nose and evolves on cereals (green malt), coconut and ripe pear. The salty and bitter sweet finish is also floral (rose), slightly oily and woody (oak).
